Drama Time is so much more than acting and performance skills. It’s life’s most valuable lessons discovered through imaginary worlds. Where each child finds their voice, gains confidence, explores creativity and strengthens the art of teamwork with their friends. All whilst having more fun than they could have possibly imagined!

What to expect
Expect nervous laughter growing into happy smiles and wonder, as our gentle encouragement allows budding performers and shy storytellers to create their own imaginary worlds by working together.
From improvisations, role plays, script work or mime, Drama Time invites reflection, problem solving, empathy and expression. Each child is heard and our safe space supports the growth that comes from walking in another’s shoes.
With the lively sounds of trying on different accents, exploring ideas, negotiating and thinking on their feet, each Drama Time class shares what it is to feel empowered with confidence and a sense of belonging.

Our Drama Time teachers
Selected for their creative minds, their bright personalities and their love of children, our Drama Time teachers bring their passion and wealth of experience in performance and drama to share with their class. All teachers are either VIT registered or have their “Work with Children Check” card with at least one year teaching experience and are fully vaccinated. Passionate and committed, they share our goals for every child to grow through a positive learning experience.

Performance is not compulsory and we respect each child to enjoy Drama Time in the most positive way that works for them.
Comfortable school clothes, shoes and a smile!
We keep our classes to participants only, with no parent presence permitted. This gives children the most comfortable learning environment where their self awareness and confidence aren’t affected by spectators.
