As parents or educators, we all want to give children the skills and experience to grow into happy, healthy and strong individuals. These attributes develop in childhood and a wonderful way to nurture them is through fun whilst exploring their natural and hidden talents both in school and within their community.
When children learn new skills through Academe Time programs, they’re learning so much more than one skill. They’re learning about empathy, resilience, courage, grit and working together. This is where and how their confidence grows.

Academe Time curricular school programs
Academe Time supports primary schools in our shared goal to provide children with education programs with a focus on practical, intellectual and emotional development. With our qualified teachers and tailored programs we offer Drama Time, Dance Time and Yoga Time alongside your curriculum taking care of the planning, resourcing, teaching and presentations.

Our teachers
Our program teachers are selected for their creative minds, bright personalities, and love of children. Our primary program teachers bring their passion and wealth of experience to share with their class. All teachers are either VIT registered or have their “Work with Children Check” card with at least one year teaching experience and are fully vaccinated. Passionate and committed, they share our goals for every child to grow through a positive learning experience.
Program structure and cost
Classes are conducted weekly by term and costs are calculated based on each individual school’s program and budget. We are happy to tailor a program that works with your school.
Students may be divided into two groups or by grade level:
- Juniors (Prep – Grade 2)
- Seniors (Grades 3 – 6)
Academe Time extracurricular school programs
Programs
The following extracurricular programs can be offered and promoted to your school community:
- Drama Time
- Dance Time
- Yoga Time
- Sports Time
- Circus Time
- Art Time
Academe Time takes care of all the booking and administration needs for these programs, from enquiries, online bookings, payments, parent communication and staffing. This is a wonderful value add to your school community, supporting children’s growth and confidence.
Program structure and cost
Classes are conducted weekly by term and are parent funded. Bookings and payments are processed directly by the parent through our website.
Programs may be divided into two groups, dependent on demand:
- Juniors (Prep – Grade 2)
- Seniors (Grades 3 – 6)
Lunchtime : Weekly 45 classes during your school lunch session
After school : Weekly 60 minutes classes after school
